What can I expect from Colosseum: The Legendary Arena?

Step inside Ancient Rome and travel back nearly 2,000 years and experience the grandeur of Ancient Rome through an immersive virtual reality adventure. Explore the Eternal City and its most iconic landmark, the Colosseum, in a way that brings history to life.

Discover a stunning reconstruction of Imperial Rome as it once stood. Walk through bustling streets, marvel at remarkable architecture, and step inside the legendary Colosseum. Along the way, encounter emperors, gladiators, and everyday citizens while gaining a deeper understanding of Roman society, culture, and the spectacles that shaped one of history's greatest civilizations.

How long does the experience last? The immersive virtual reality experience lasts 40 minutes (10 minutes debrief + 30 minutes experience).
In which languages is the experience available? Enjoy the experience in English, French, Spanish, and Chinese.
Can I purchase a gift voucher? Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher online, refer to the Gift Card section.
Can I take pictures or record the experience? Yes, we invite our guests to take photos and videos for personal use before or after being in the VR experience itself. Please note, the use of flashes and tripods are strictly prohibited. Be sure to tag us at @eclipso_atlanta!
Are cell phones permitted inside the VR immersive area? No, all guests should be quiet in this area and whisper so everyone can enjoy the experience.
Is it possible to sit during the experience? Unfortunately, no. The experience is made for you to walk around the space. For individuals with reduced mobility wheelchairs are acceptable, however it is not recommended for individuals with limited balance stability.
What if I wear eyeglasses? Yes, if you wear eyeglasses, you'll be able to try the experience. Our staff will help fit the headset correctly to accommodate you.
Do you offer guided visits? No, but our staff is always available during the experience if there's anything you need.
Is the experience the same for everyone? Yes, the experience is the same for each visitor.
What is the minimum age and height for the immersive expedition? Children must be 8+ years old. Any child below the age requirement will not be allowed to enter the venue. Children are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s).
What should I wear? For your comfort, we recommend dressing comfortably and wearing suitable shoes. Because you will be wearing a VR headset, please refrain from wearing hats or caps.
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility? Yes, our venue is equipped to facilitate access, and the space hosting the expedition is free of steps. Furthermore, the equipment is tailored to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility in wheelchairs. However, the experience is not recommended for individuals with limited balance stability.
Can a deaf or hard-of-hearing person follow the experience? Unfortunately, no. The visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled. If you're wearing a hearing aid you can follow the content of the experience, but it will not be possible to link them to the headphones. The VR headset has small speakers that emit sound to the ears.
Do you provide lockers onsite? No. We recommend you travel lightly.
Is the equipment cleaned between use? All our headsets are thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial sanitizing wipes after each session.
Do you serve food and drinks? Unfortunately, we don't serve food or drinks onsite, but we're conveniently located between two great restaurants, New Realm Brewing and Two Urban Licks. Plus, Ponce City Market is just a 5-minute walk away!
Is there a lost & found? Yes, please contact the venue for more information.

TICKETING

Where can I get tickets? Yes, we will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets on-site? Yes, you can buy your tickets on site for the same day if there’s availability, or for a later date. However, it is preferable to buy your tickets through our online ticketing service.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
What methods of payment are accepted on site? Generally, Fever tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable. Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I reschedule my tickets? Generally, Fever tickets are non-refundable. Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever Customer service indicating your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What happens if I am late for my time slot? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is it possible to transfer a ticket to someone else? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly. You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section or in your mail reminder which will arrive one day before your selected session.
How far ahead can I book for? Please refer to the ticketing page for available dates and times.
Can I come back a second time for free? Tickets for the experience are valid for one entry only.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The experience takes place indoors.
Is there parking available? Yes, paid self-parking is available. Additional paid public parking lots are located within walking distance, including:
  • North & Line Public Parking at 385 N. Angier Ave
  • BeltLine Parking next to Kroger at 725 Ponce De Leon Ave NE
  • Ponce City Market Parking at 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE
What are the closest metro/bus stations? Unfortunately, no stations are close to the venue, we recommend arriving by car.
Are there bathrooms available at the venue? Yes, this venue has restrooms — please ask our staff on site for indications.

ACCESSIBILITY & CONDITIONS

Can you do the experience with a child in a baby carrier or stroller? No, the equipment and immersive medium makes it unsafe to carry a baby, whether it's on the stomach or back, and the use of a stroller is also considered unsafe.
I have hearing aids. Am I able to do the experience? Yes, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. The virtual reality headset has small speakers that emit sound over the ears.
Are there toilets in the venue? Yes, there are toilet facilities located inside the venue.
Is it possible to sit during the experience? No. The experience is made for you to wander the space for 30 minutes. For individuals with reduced mobility or people who struggle to walk or stand for long periods of time, there are wheelchairs in the venue for use. Please note, wheelchairs are subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance.
