THE EXPERIENCE

How long does the experience last? The immersive virtual reality experience lasts 45 minutes, VR show is 30 minutes and there will be 15 minutes of on-boarding and safety briefing.
In what language is the experience presented? The immersive expedition is available in three languages.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?

Yes. We invite our guests to take photos and videos for personal use only and would love for you to tag us at @eclipso_london

Please note, the use of flashes and tripods are strictly prohibited. Press photography (and any other photography for professional use) is only possible if authorized by a staff member.

Is it possible to wear eyeglasses? Yes, people who wear glasses can experience our expedition in virtual reality. Our staff will be on hand to show them how to position the headset correctly. Note to any visitors wearing prescription glasses, we advise using normal reading glasses as other types such as varifocals may lower the overall viewing experience.
Do you offer guided visits? We offer on-site guest attendants throughout each phase of the experience. Although we do not offer guided visits, you will always be able to interact with one of our staff members for any needs and or questions.
What is the minimum age and height for the immersive expedition? The immersive virtual reality expedition is forbidden for children under 8 years old and less than 1.10 meters tall. Children over 8 are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s).
Is it necessary to dress a specific way for this experience?

We recommend dressing comfortably and wearing suitable shoes. Because you will be wearing a VR headset, please refrain from wearing hats or caps.

For everyone's safety, we kindly ask you to store your backpacks and handbags in the lockers provided on site.

How many people can take part in the experience in the same group? Yes, group bookings can be made under the group booking icon on the tickets page, see below for more information on group bookings.  Private bookings will be available –
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility? The venue is not wheelchair accessible from street level into the venue; however, for customers such as elderly visitors, whilst climbing 2 flights of stairs might be fine, standing or walking for longer periods of time may prove tiresome so there are wheelchairs already inside the venue that customers can use should they like to do so, they operate on a first come first serve basis as we only have 4. We cannot guarantee to customers they will get one if they call us ahead for example.
How do I book a ticket for my carer? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Can a deaf or hard-of-hearing person follow the experience? The visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled so it is not suited for customers with a hearing impairment .
Are backpacks allowed into the experience? For the safety of others, backpacks (even small ones) are not permitted.
What does the equipment consist of? The immersive expedition equipment consists of an adjustable virtual reality headset.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Our products available will be suitable for vegetarians but won't be suitable for vegans or people with gluten intolerances.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.

TICKETING

Can I buy tickets on-site? Yes, you can buy your tickets on site for the same day if there’s availability, or for a later date. However, it is preferable to buy your tickets through our online ticketing service.
Where can I get tickets? We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through:
What methods of payment are accepted on site? Accepted methods of payment are credit and debit cards.
Can I reschedule my tickets? Generally, Fever tickets are non-refundable. Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever Customer service indicating your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What happens if I am late for my time slot? It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. If you miss your check-in time, you should speak to a staff member when you arrive for assistance, and if possible, we will try to accommodate you by giving you access to the site upon your arrival, or else sadly, you will lose your ticket.
Is it possible to transfer a ticket to someone else? If you wish to transfer ownership of your ticket to another person, you can do so from your Fever account. Tickets can only be transferred individually. Once you've transferred a ticket, we cannot undo the action. Any order with a transferred ticket will become non-refundable.
Do I have to print my ticket? No need to print anything. You only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival.
Can I come back a second time for free? Tickets for the experience are valid for one entry only.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us .

Where is the experience located? Venue Basement Floor, 213-219 Camden High Street, London, NW1 7BT  (between JD Sports and Urban Outfitters)
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
Is there parking available? There is no parking available on-site
Are there lockers and/or a coat check on site? Lockers with keys are at your disposal. It is important to access them before entering the experience.
What are the closest metro stations? The closest underground station is Camden Town located directly in front of the Eclipso venue, Camden Road overground station is located a 10 minute walk away and Mornington Crescent station is a 10-15 minute walk.

HEALTH & SECURITY

Can the virtual reality experience be uncomfortable or unsuitable for certain people?

Virtual reality provides a reliable and enjoyable experience, but it may be uncomfortable for some individuals. It's not recommended for those with claustrophobia.

People prone to motion sickness or vertigo may also experience discomfort when using a VR headset. This might lead to symptoms like drowsiness, increasing the risk of injury during real-world activities.

Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy take part in the virtual reality experience? No, people with a heart condition or epilepsy cannot take part in our immersive virtual reality expedition.
Can children do virtual reality alone?

Children aged 8 to 12 must be accompanied to take part in the experience.

The Titanic experience is suitable for families with children aged 8 and above. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to participate, even when carried by an adult, for safety reasons.

Are service dogs allowed? Due to the nature of the multi-user tracking technology, we permit service dogs only for a seated experience in a wheelchair (provided in the venue) to avoid collision with other users in virtual reality (A carer is required). To avoid collisions between users and ensure appropriate health and safety of the experience, we suggest customers to avoid booking during weekends between 10:00 and 18:40.
Can you do the experience with a child in a baby carrier or stroller? No, the equipment and immersive medium makes it unsafe to carry a baby, whether it's on the stomach or back, and the use of a stroller is also considered unsafe.
I have hearing aids. Am I able to do the experience? Yes, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. The virtual reality headset has small speakers that emit sound over the ears.
Are there toilets in the venue? Yes, there are toilet facilities located inside the venue.
Is it possible to sit during the experience? No. The experience is made for you to wander the space for 30 minutes. For individuals with reduced mobility or people who struggle to walk or stand for long periods of time, there are wheelchairs in the venue for use. Please note, wheelchairs are subject to availability and cannot be booked in advance.
